Laura joins the board with nearly two decades of expertise in corporate law and real estate, along with a passion for community-centered growth. Laura is a shareholder at Godfrey & Kahn, S.C., where she advises clients on acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and other corporate matters. Laura serves as the office managing partner of the firm’s Appleton and Green Bay offices. As a respected leader in business law, she brings a wealth of knowledge from industries including manufacturing, logistics, food production, and professional services. “I am honored to join BLC Community Bank’s Board of Directors,” says Laura. “I look forward to contributing to the bank’s mission and helping further its positive impact within our community.”

Laura’s community involvement currently includes roles with the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region and the Tri-County Community Dental Clinic. Laura’s prior community involvement includes roles with the United Way Fox Cities, United Way Emerging Leaders and Appleton Education Foundation. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Wisconsin Law Journal for her leadership in corporate law.
