Community Banking Month

April is Community Banking Month! While we won’t be able to welcome you into our lobby with cookies just yet, our celebration still includes some special activities for our customers and community, including a drawing for three $100 Chamber Bucks Gift Certificates. FRIDAY, APRIL 22ND - As part of National Teach Children to Save Day, BLC will be streaming a video of our staff reading "It's a Habit, Sammy Rabbit" by Sam Renick.

Community Banking Month Contest(s)


Contest Period: Entries will be accepted starting on April 1, 2021 at 7:30 AM CST and ending April 27, 2021 at 2:00 PM CST 

Official Rules:
Entries must be received by April 27 at 2:00 PM CST in order to be eligible. Entrants may enter only by completing an entry form and returning it to BLC Community Bank or by sending an email with your name, address and phone number to heatherc@blccb.com; Subject: Community Banking Month Contest.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of BLC Community Bank ("BLC") as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.

Eligibility:
  • This Contest is open to legal residents of one of the 4 counties, Outagamie, Calumet, Winnegabo, or Brown, Wisconsin who are at least 18 years of age or older as of the time of entry. No customer relationship or purchase necessary to enter to win. The Contest is only open to legal residents, and is void where prohibited by law. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Employees of BLC and/or their affiliates, and their families are ineligible to enter and win.
  • Only one entry may be submitted per person.
  • The odds of winning any Contest and/or prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received by Contest Participants.
  • Three winners will receive a $100 Heart of the Valley Chamber Bucks Gift Certificate.
  • Unless otherwise noted, no purchase is necessary to enter or win a prize. A purchase does not increase or improve chances of winning. Winners will be chosen at random.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be randomly selected. Winner will be notified via phone or email on April 28th, 2021. BLC Community Bank shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize before 5:00 PM CST on Wednesday, May 5th, another winner may be choosen.

Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Contest will receive a Chamber Bucks Gift Certificate worth $100. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by BLC Community Bank. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at BLC Community Bank's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for BLC Community Bank to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Contest Cancellation, Suspension or Modification: BLC Community Bank reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any Contest if the Contest is not capable of being completed as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by a computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failures of any kind or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of any such Contest. The decision of BLC Community Bank to Cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any Contest shall be final in all respects.
 
Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the BLC Community Bank website. Contact information submitted will only be used to contact the winners, and for no other solicitation purposes.
